1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Yellow Press Australia website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment and Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Payment plans may be available upon request and approval
- We reserve the right to change course prices with 30 days notice
3. Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
- No refunds are available after 50% of the course has been completed
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
4. Course Access and Completion
- Students have 12 months from enrollment to complete the course
- Course materials remain accessible for 6 months after completion
- Students must complete all modules and assessments to receive certification
- We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials are owned by Yellow Press Australia and protected by copyright
- Students may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without written permission
- Personal use of materials for educational purposes is permitted
- Any violations may result in legal action and course termination
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Respect instructors and fellow students
- Complete coursework honestly and without plagiarism
- Use course knowledge responsibly and ethically
- Follow all applicable laws and professional standards
7. Limitation of Liability
Yellow Press Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
